About this role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and hiring top talent internationally to fuel our company’s expansion. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing the offer process.

Core responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., online platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, etc.).
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring activities.
• Active participation on other projects or processes within HR area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, international hiring, preferably in a tech environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and channels.
• Proficiency in Slovak language & English language on active professional level
