Core responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies on an international level, addressing any employee relations issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate closely with CPO, HR specialists, Recruiters, Finance, Legal and other teams
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business strategy to develop and support HR solutions that align with company goals and needs of various sections of the organization
  • Provide HR consultation for various leadership levels in areas such as talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning
  • Lead, implement or support HR initiatives that drive organizational performance and enhance employee engagement
  • Coach and mentor managers and leaders
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR policies, tools and procedures to enhance efficiency while keeping the engagement in mind
  • Act as a change agent, helping the organization adapt to shifting market conditions, new business models, or organizational changes
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.
  • Regular and irregular reporting
  • Support and mentor less experienced colleagues from the HR team
  • Active participation on day-to day operations of the department
  • Collaboration on hiring activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager (international environment preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel user, experience with HRIS and other HR-related systems and tools
  • Proficiency in Slovak language & English language on active professional level

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on attitude, with a strong focus on direct involvement and execution of tasks, actively engaging in day-to-day operations
  • Ability to maintain a broad, strategic view while also focusing on the finer details that are essential to solving complex challenges
